One of my favorite sites in Paris, this bridge is exceptionally beautiful and intriguing. It was build over a four year period from 1896 to 1900 in honor of Tsar Alexander III, who had concluded an alliance with France in 1892. 
In this photograph I chose to create a dramatic interpretation of its unique qualities.
